摘要:目的:探讨益气活血法联合综合护理治疗缺血性脑卒中的康复效果。方法 缺血性脑卒中患者68例被随机分为对照组、研究组，各34例。所有患者在常规治疗基础上，给予自拟温肾益气活血汤口服2周。对照组进行常规康复护理，研究组在对照组基础上进行综合护理。4周后比较美国脑卒中NHISS量表、中医症候评分、日常生活自理能力（Barthel指数）、肢体运动功能（Fugl-Meyer）量表。结果 干预后两组NHISS、中医症候评分明显低于本组干预前，且研究组NHISS、中医症候评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后两组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均明显高于本组干预前，且研究组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 益气活血法联合综合护理可有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的神经功能，促进患者康复。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect of treating ischemic stroke by yiqi and activating blood circulation combined with comprehensive nursing. Methods Sixty-eight patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 34 cases each. On the basis of routine treatment, all patients were given self-designed decoction of warming kidney, benefiting qi and promoting blood circulation orally for 2 weeks. The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing, and the research group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. After 4 weeks, the American stroke NHISS scale, TCM syndrome score, Barthel index and Fugl-meyer scale were compared. Results After intervention, NHISS and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the group before intervention, and the NHISS and TCM syndrome scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). After intervention, Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group, and Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusions Yiqi and activating blood circulation method combined with comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the neurological function of patients with ischemic stroke and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
