藏药结合火灸治功能性消化不良

摘要：目的：藏药结合火灸疗法治疗普隆病（功能性消化不良）的体会。功能性消化不良是最常见的消化系统疾病之一，发病机制繁杂，与多种因素有关。随着社会的快速发展及生活方式的改变，精神及心理障碍在功能性消化不良的发病中所起的作用越来越引起医者的重视。目前西药对功能性消化不良治疗主要是改善胃肠动力、止酸、抗焦虑等治疗，但疗效上有一定的局限性和不良反应，而藏医药治疗功能性消化不良临床疗效好，副作用小，且复发率低。因此探索普隆病的发病机制及藏医药治疗普隆病的研究具有重要意义，笔者发现临床上运用藏药结合藏医火灸疗法治疗普隆病可取得很好的疗效。

ABSTRACT:objective:To observe the effect of Tibetan medicine combined with fire moxibustion on functional dyspepsia.Functional dyspepsia is one of the most common diseases of digestive system. Lts pathogenesis is complex and related to many factors. With the rapid development of society and the change of lifestyle,the role of mental psychological disorders in the pathogenesis of functional  dyspepsia has attracted more and more attention of doctors.present, the treatment of functional dyspepsia by western medicine mainly to improve gastrointestinal motility,stop acid and anti-anxiety. However,there are some limitations and advrse reactions in the curative effect, while Tibetan medicine has good clinical efflcacy little side effects and low recurrence rate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.therefore,it is of great signiflcance to explore the pathogenesis of prong’s disease and the research on the treatment of prong’s disease by Tibetan medicine. The author found that the clinical application of Tibetan medicine combined with flre moxibustion therapy of Tibetan medicine can achieve good curative effect on cylon’s disease.

功能性消化不良分为腹痛综合征和餐后不适综合征两个亚型，是临床常见的功能性消化不良疾病【5】。由于疾病的持续存在及反复发作，对患者的生活和精神造成巨大的负面影响。随着社会的快速发展及生活方式的改变，精神及心理障碍对功能性消化不良的影响越来越重视【4】。目前西医治疗功能性消化不良的方法及药物相对单一，且疗效欠佳，而藏医药在治疗功能性消化不良方面有着独特的优势。
