摘要:构建基于雨课堂的《医学免疫学与病原生物学》混合式教学模式。进行线上资源及线下教学资料的筛选，并从课前、课中和课后三个环节进行教学设计并实施。结果显示：2019级同学（混合式教学）在期末考试取得了比单纯线下（2017级）以及单纯线上（2018级）教学更好的成绩；并且，通过雨课堂我们把课程思政有效融入医学免疫学与病原生物学，起到了润物细无声的育人效果，可为培养新时代的中医药人才提供一定的借鉴方法。
AbstractTo construct the blended teaching mode of Medical Immunology and Pathogenic Biology based on “Rain Classroom”.First, screen teaching resources and materials online or offline, and design teaching method and content from three aspects of pre-class, on-class and after-class. The results showed that the students of grade 2019 (blended teaching) achieved higher scores in the final exam than the totally offline teaching (grade 2017) and totally online teaching (grade 2018).In addition, we integrated the curriculum ideological and political education with medical immunology and pathogen biology naturally through the “Rain Class”. It could provide some reference to cultivate TCM talents in the new era.
我国早已提出《加快推进教育现代化实施方案（2018-2022 年）》，大力提倡教育信息化，促进信息技术与教育教学深度融合。教师利用互联网、移动终端、大数据等现代信息化技术构建网络教学平台，学生利用线上的微课、视频、动画、PPT、试题、案例等课程资源完成自主学习和参与讨论；在线下课堂，教师根据学生的线上学习情况，有针对性地进行讲解，彻底解决学生的困惑 [1]。新生代大学生对互联网依赖程度极大，网络已经深刻改变了大学生的学习方式，对传统课堂教学也产生了剧烈冲击。
