• 摘要:慢性心衰已成为威胁人类生命健康的主要心血管疾病，刘中勇教授总结其多年的临床经验，首次提出了从浊论治慢性心衰。认为慢性心衰的核心在于心阳不足，阴寒内生的基础上造成人体的气血阴阳失衡，是导致本病之本，痰、瘀、脂、水等浊邪的病理产物形成发展是导致本病之标。因此治疗上要以温阳益气，通腑泄浊为总的治疗原则，通过通补兼施，达到标本兼治的目的。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractChronic heart failure has become a major cardiovascular disease threatening human life and health. Professor Liu Zhongyong summarized his many years of clinical experience and first proposed the treatment of chronic heart failure from turbidization. It is believed that the root cause of chronic heart failure lies in the deficiency of heart Yang, and the imbalance of Qi, blood and Yin produced on the basis of the endogenous Yin and cold, which is the root of the disease, and the pathological products such as turbid phlegm, turbid blood stasis, turbid fat and turbid water are the standard of the disease. Therefore, the treatment should be warm Yang Yiqi, Tongfu drainage turbidity as the overall treatment principle, through tonifying, to achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes.

  慢性心衰临床主要表现为呼吸困难、乏力和液体潴留等［1］。中医古籍中尚无相关记录“心衰”这个病名，根据其临床症状表现可以将其归于“心痹”、“心悸”、“喘证”、“水肿”等范畴［2］。
