• 摘要::第三腰椎横突综合征（TLVTPS）是一种多发病,中医学称之为“腰痛”，尤其以第三腰椎横突明显压痛为特征，在临床上本病多发且易反复发作，所患人群分布广泛。在治疗上，现代医学主要依靠封闭疗法、手术疗法，但结合患者自身情况以及手术风险，这些疗法不易被患者接受，而针灸治疗具有安全、有效等明显优势。文章对近30年来关于第三腰椎横突综合征的认识、机制、疗效的研究进行概述，研究发现各治疗方法独具特色，具有良好疗效。但各治疗方法的适用范围方面目前还缺乏足够的研究关注，日后尚需高质量的研究设计以全面评价针灸治疗方法与TLVTPS的联系。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract The third lumbar transverse process syndrome (TLVTPS) is a common disease called "low back pain" in traditional Chinese medicine, especially characterized by obvious tenderness of the third lumbar transverse process. Clinically, this disease is frequent and easy to recur, and the affected population is widely distributed. In terms of treatment, modern medicine mainly relies on closed therapy and surgical therapy, but combined with the patient's own situation and surgical risk, these treatments are not easy for patients to accept, and acupuncture treatment has obvious advantages such as safety and effectiveness. This article summarizes the research on the understanding, mechanism and efficacy of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome in the past 30 years. The study found that each treatment method has unique characteristics and has a good curative effect. However, there is still insufficient research attention in the scope of application of various treatment methods, and high-quality research design is needed in the future to comprehensively evaluate the relationship between acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and TLVTPS.

  第三腰椎横突综合征（TLVTPS），又称第三腰椎横突滑囊炎、腰神经后外侧皮质压迫综合征，属于祖国医学中的腰痛范畴。随着现代生活节奏的加快，其发病率越来越高且日趋年轻化。其在针灸科是一种相当常见的疾病，以腰部酸痛或钝痛、放射痛、活动受限等为主要表现，多有腰部外伤史或劳损史，可触及局部肌肉痉挛的结节，可有弹响，或有肿胀，少数X线检查可见第三腰椎横突过长，左右不对称或向后倾斜。
