  • 摘要::目的本文旨在研究模拟病人(simulatedpatient SP)结合工作坊(Workshop)教学法在针灸实训课中的效果,探索出高效的教学方法。方法将在安徽中医药大学第二临床医学院实习生共40名,随机分为SP结合Workshop教学法组(实验组),传统教学模式(Lecture-BasedLearning,LBL)(对照组),各20名,分别进行授课后,采用理论考试、操作考试、不记名教学效果问卷调查表等进行数理统计,评价SP结合Workshop教学法的授课效果。结果实验组理论考试和病案分析题成绩均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。问卷调查结果表明,实验组学生对教学效果的评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论SP结合Workshop教学法通过研究,更好的提高针刺操作的能力和学生的学习兴趣、促进师生加强交流及学生学习能力的提高是一种更加高效的教学方法,为针灸学科实训课教学提供新思路、新方法,便于推广应用。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to study the effect of simulated patient (simulated patient SP) combined with Workshop teaching method in acupuncture training course, and explore an efficient teaching method.Methods :A total of 40 interns from the Second Clinical Medical College of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: the SP combined with Workshop teaching method group (experimental group) and the traditional teaching mode (LBL) (control group), each of which had 20 interns. After giving lectures respectively, theoretical tests, operational tests and anonymous teaching effect questionnaires were used for mathematical statistics to evaluate the teaching effect of SP combined with Workshop teaching method.Results: The scores of theoretical examination and medical record analysis in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). The results of questionnaire survey showed that the evaluation of teaching effect of students in the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05)Conclusion: SP combined with Workshop teaching method is a more efficient teaching method through research, which can better improve the ability of acupuncture manipulation and students' interest in learning, promote the communication between teachers and students, and improve students' learning ability, and provide new ideas and methods for the teaching of practical training courses of acupuncture and moxibustion, which is convenient for popularization and application.

    针灸实训课主要通过教师的示范操作,让学生完成针灸操作前准备、操作技术和辨证施治等相应项目实训操作,从而培养学生综合运用针灸技能解决临床实际问题的一门实践课程[1-2]。教学重点是在保证临床医疗安全操作的基础上,实现学生规范的实训操作流程,着重培养学生善于、精于辨证施术的临证能力[3]。
