• 摘要:目的 探究补中益气汤联合艾灸对产妇产后盆底康复及子宫复旧的影响。方法 依据随机原则将2021年1月至2022年3月本院收治的76例产后盆底功能障碍性疾病产妇分成两组，各38例。对照组予以艾灸治疗，研究组则给予补中益气汤与艾灸联合治疗，均持续治疗12周。对比两组子宫恢复效果、盆底肌力改善效果、生活质量[WHO生存质量测定量表（QOL-BREF量表）、女性性功能指数评估量表（FS-FI）]，统计两组子宫复旧不良与不良反应发生率。结果 研究组产妇产后子宫三径之和、宫腔积液量、子宫复旧不良发生率均低于对照组，子宫内膜厚度、盆底肌力评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组生活质量评分较治疗前均增高，并研究组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组均未见严重不良反应。结论 补中益气汤与艾灸联合治疗能更好的促进产妇产后子宫及盆底肌力恢复，改善产妇生活质量，降低子宫复旧不良发生率，安全性高。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To explore the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction combined with moxibustion on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation and uterine involution. Methods 76 puerperal women with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from January 2021 to March 2022 were randomly divided into two groups, 38 in each group. The control group was treated with moxibustion, while the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and moxibustion for 12 weeks. Compare the uterine recovery effect, pelvic floor muscle strength improvement effect, quality of life [WHO Quality of Life Measurement Scale (QOL-BREF), Female Sexual Function Index Evaluation Scale (FS-FI)] of the two groups, and count the incidence of adverse reactions and uterine involution in the two groups. Results The sum of three uterine diameters, the amount of uterine effusion and the incidence of bad uterine involution in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the endometrial thickness and pelvic floor muscle strength score in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）; After treatment, the scores of quality of life in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group（P＜0.05）; No serious adverse reaction was found in both groups. Conclusion The combined treatment of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and moxibustion can better promote the recovery of postpartum uterus and pelvic floor muscle strength, improve the quality of life of parturients, reduce the incidence of adverse uterine involution, and has high safety.

  女性产后盆底功能障碍性疾病是分娩、损伤等有关病因导致组织结构出现生理性变化，致使相应器官功能发生障碍的临床疾病[1]，患者伴性功能障碍、压力性尿失禁、盆腔器官脱垂/膨出或是盆腔疼痛等症状表现，对女性身心健康、生活质量存在严重影响。同时，产妇还可因精神过度紧张，在分娩过程中对子宫收缩造成不良影响，导致产程延长，增加体力消耗，致使子宫收缩不良；或是胎儿较大及羊水过多，致使子宫肌纤维拉伸过度，亦可导致子宫肌肉缩复不良，影响子宫复旧[2-3]。因此，如何保证产妇产后盆底功能恢复效果、子宫复旧效果为产科临床医师和产妇的共同关注热点[4]。
