• 摘要:目的：运用数据挖掘技术，探讨耳穴贴压治疗高血压的选穴规律。方法：检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献服务系统、PubMed、Web of Science数据库自建库至2022年8月30日中有关耳穴贴压治疗高血压的相关研究，利用SPSS 26.0、SPSS Modeler 18.0软件行数据挖掘分析。结果：最终纳入141篇文献，共涉及耳穴56个，高频穴位分别为神门、降压沟、心、肝、肾、高频次证型为肝阳上亢证、阴虚阳亢证、痰湿壅盛证、肝火亢盛证、最具强关联耳穴配伍依次为，“神门-降压沟”、“肝-心”、“神门-心”、“心-肝”。结论：耳穴贴压治疗高血压常用穴位为神门、降压沟、心、肝、肾；临床选穴多遵循“传统医学与现代医学相结合”、“脏腑辨证配穴”、“临床经验取穴”规律。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To explore the principles and rules of acupoint selection in auricular plaster therapy for hypertension based on data mining technology.Methods:Related studies on hypertension by auricular plaster therapy were retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,Web of Science and PubMed in selfbuilt database until August 30,2022.SPSS26.0 and SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for data mining and analysis. Results:A total of 141 literatures were included,involving 56 acupoints,The high-frequency acupoints were Shenmen,antihypertensive groove,heart,liver,kidney.High frequencysyndrome types included hyperactivity of liver Yang,hyperactivity of Yin deficiency and Yang,excessive mound of phlegm and dampness.The most strongly associated auricular acupoint compatibility was in order of "Shenmen-depressurizing groove", "liver-heart", "Shenmen-heart", "heart-liver.Conclusion:Shenmen, Jiangyagou, heart,liver and kidney are the most frequentlyused auricular points in auricular plaster therapy for hypertension.Clinical acupoint selection follows the law of "the combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine", "Zang-Fu organs dialectically matching acupoints" and "clinical experience acupoint selection".

  高血压是一项全球性的公共卫生问题，其发病率和死亡率逐年上升[1]。据估计，到2025年，患病人数将达15亿人[2]。血压长期升高会损害肾、脑、心等靶器官，引起慢性肾功能衰竭、痴呆、冠心病等多种并发症[3]，这些并发症也是死亡率增加的重要原因[4]。因此，控制高血压的发生发展已成为一个亟待解决的问题。因药物治疗有不良反应多、依从性差、停药后反跳等缺点[5]，耳穴贴压作为一项绿色安全的非药物疗法，越来越受到国内外学者的重视。因其具有操作简便、成本低、起效快、安全性高等特点，已被广泛的辅助应用于高血压的治疗[6-8]，但目前研究对于高血压治疗选穴及配伍规律各不相同。
