• 摘要:目的   利用中医传承辅助平台挖掘分析陈贱平主任诊治胃脘痛的用药规律，总结探其潜在新方。方法    收集整理陈贱平主任治疗胃脘痛的处方，采用关联规则apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法，明确所有处方用药频次及药物间的关联，分析陈主任治疗腹痛的用药经验。结果：对153个处方进行分析，分析中药的使用频次，挖掘出12个核心组合和6首新方。结论：陈贱平主任治疗腹痛经验丰富，多用疏肝理气、健脾和胃、化湿之品。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo mine and analyze the medication pattern of Director Chen Biaiping's diagnosis and treatment of gastric and epigastric pain using the TCM inheritance aid platform, and summarize and explore his potential new prescriptions.METHODS The prescriptions of Director Chen Biaiping for the treatment of gastric and epigastric pain were collected and organized, and data mining methods such as association rule apriori algorithm and complex system entropy clustering were used to clarify the frequency of use of all prescriptions and the association between drugs, and to analyze Director Chen's experience in the use of drugs for the treatment of abdominal pain.RESULTS: The 153 prescriptions were analyzed for the frequency of Chinese medicine use, and 12 core combinations and 6 new prescriptions were mined.CONCLUSION: Director Chen Biaiping is experienced in treating abdominal pain, mostly using products that dredge the liver and regulate qi, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and resolve dampness.

  陈贱平主任是江西省基层名中医，中医药临证经验颇丰。陈主任博古纳今，集诸家之长，在中西医结合治疗脾胃病方面，尤其是胃脘痛的治疗，屡获良效。
