• 摘要:观察口服朝药十二味宽中汤配合朝医舍岩针法治疗少阴人中风后郁病-气郁证的临床疗效，达到规范操作、提高疗效为目的。方法：按照随机数字表将63例病人以单盲的原则分为治疗组、对照组2组，对照组31例予口服盐酸帕罗西汀每次20mg，每日1次，治疗组32例予口服“十二味宽中汤”及结合朝医舍岩针法针刺治疗，疗程1个月，就两组治疗前后HAMD量表评分和SDSS评分结果进行对比分析。结果：1、两组治疗前后HAMD量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2、两组治疗后SDSS评分均优于治疗前(均P<0.05)，治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：朝医补脾泻肾解郁法治疗对少阴人中风后郁病-气郁证有明显的疗效，可显著提高总体临床疗效。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Korean medicine Twelve Flavors of Kuanzhongtang combined with Korean medicine Sheyanzhenfa  in treating post stroke depression Qiyuzheng of Shaoyinren, so as to standardize the operation and improve the curative effect.Methods: According to the random number table, 63 patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group on the principle of single blind. 31 patients in the control group were given paroxetine hydrochloride 20mg each time, once a day, and 32 patients in the treatment group were given " Twelve Flavors of Kuanzhongtang " and acupuncture combined with the rock needle method of Korean medicine Sheyanzhenfa for one month. The HAMD scale score and SDSS score before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results: 1. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the score of HAMD before and after treatment (P<0.05). 2. The SDSS scores in both groups after treatment were better than those before treatment (all P<0.05), and those in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of invigorating the spleen, purging the kidney and relieving depression in Korean medicine has a significant effect on treating post stroke depression Qiyuzheng of Shaoyinren, which can significantly improve the overall clinical efficacy.

  中风后郁病属西医的抑郁症范畴，是中风后表现为一系列抑郁症状和相应的躯体症状的综合征，是神经精神病学常见疾病。中风后郁病是中风后以持续情绪低落、兴趣减少为主要特征的心理障碍，导致致残率、病死率、复发率居高不下，甚至严重降低患者的生活质量。我们在临床工作中总结出全国名老中医全炳烈教授运用“补脾泻肾解郁”法治疗少阴人中风后郁病-气郁证有较满意的疗效。本课题拟定安全、高效的朝医综合治疗方案。
