• 摘要:目的：系统评价火针对比常规西药治疗慢性湿疹的临床有效性，旨在为临床合理治疗慢性湿疹提供循证依据。方法：检索各文献数据库创库至今所有火针治疗慢性湿疹的相关临床文献，运用Revman 5.4.1软件，辅以STATA 12.0对其总有效率结局指标进行分析。结果：12篇文献符合纳入标准，累计病例779例。系统评价提示：试验组vs对照组差异有统计学意义(OR=3.85，95％CI[2.42，6.12],P＜0.00001)。结论：Meta分析结果表明：相较于常规西药治疗，火针治疗慢性湿疹的疗效性存在明显优势。然而，纳入文献研究的数量不足或质量欠佳，影响结果的论证强度，尚需要更多大样本、高质量、多中心的随机对照试验加强本结论。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of chronic eczema treated with fire acupuncture compared with conventional western medicine, in order to provide evidence-based basis for clinical rational treatment of chronic eczema.Methods: All clinical literatures related to the treatment of chronic eczema by fire acupuncture were retrieved from each literature database.Total response rate were analyzed by Revman 5.4.1 software and STATA 12.0 software.Results:12 literatures met the inclusion criteria, including 779 cases.System evaluation indicated that: The total effective rate was statistically significant between the fire acupuncture group and the conventional western medicine group (OR=3.85, 95％CI[2.42，6.12],P＜0.00001). Conclusions:Meta-analysis results show that:compared with conventional western medicine,fire acupuncture has obvious advantages in the treatment of chronic eczema.However, due to the insufficient quality of the included literature, the demonstration strength of the results is affected, and more large-sample, high-quality, multi-center randomized controlled trials are needed to strengthen this conclusion.

  湿疹是由多种因素引起的炎症性皮肤疾病，其病因尚不明确，具有反复发作、病程较长、瘙痒剧烈、皮损明显等特点[1]，且发病率高，我国一般人群患病率为7.5%[2]。有多中心横断调查显示湿疹慢性期非常普遍，湿疹患者中有61.43%为慢性期，慢性湿疹患者以作为主要劳力的中青年为主，且平均病程为3年余，严重影响患者的生活质量，从而增加社会经济负担并影响社会发展进程[3]。
