• 摘要:核医学（Nuclear Medicine)是研究核技术在医学中应用的学科，即利用放射性核素发射的核射线对疾病进行诊断、治疗和研究的学科，应用范围涉及医学的各个学科和专业，是现代医学的重要组成部分。国内中医高等院校中开展系统、完整的核医学教学的单位为数不多，如何让广大中医学子更好地学习核医学的技术和方法，利用分子功能影像、放射性同位素示踪等技术研究中医基础理论、中医药临床疗效评价、中医学术思想影像学循证等，实现传统医学与核医学为代表的现代医学的融合教育，是目前广大中医院校亟需解决的问题。本团队探索基于中医思维、体现中医特色的核医学教学方法改革，在教学实践过程中取得了良好的教学效果。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract Nuclear Medicine is a discipline that studies the application of nuclear technology in medicine. Different kinds of nuclear radiation emitted by radionuclides were used in the diagnosis, treatment and research of diseases. It is an important part of modern medicine and applying in various medical disciplines and specialties. Few institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine that carry out systematic and complete teaching of nuclear medicine. How to make the students of traditional Chinese medicine learn the techniques and methods of nuclear medicine better, and making the research of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine, and evidence-based imaging of academic ideas of traditional Chinese medicine by using molecular functional imaging, radioisotope tracer and other technologies. To realize the fusion education between traditional medicine and modern medicine represented by nuclear medicine is an urgent problem for the majority of TCM colleges. Our team explored the teaching reform of nuclear medicine based on the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine and reflecting the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, and achieved good teaching results in the teaching practice process.

  核医学是核技术与医学结合的产物，是为了适应近代医学飞速发展而产生的新兴学科，是现代医学的重要组成部分，在医学领域有着特殊的地位和其他学科不可取代的作用，已成为举世公认的独立学科[1]。1978 年卫生部决定在我国高等医学院校开设核医学教学课程，是大学本科必修课。近40余年来，随着我国教育教学改革的不断深入和发展，广大西医院校的核医学教学得到了长足的进步。但国内中医院校中开展系统、完整的核医学教学的单位却为数不多。
