  • 摘要:药学专业实验内容涉及20多门课程,实验教学内容各自独立,知识的衔接性、系统性和连贯性缺乏,致使学生掌握药学知识的深度和广度不够。为此探索开设以阿司匹林为主线的多学科融合综合性实验。目的:探索开展药学专业多学科融合综合性实验打破学科界限,节约教育成本,帮助学生系统地掌握专业知识和实践技能,培养学生综合考虑问题的思维方式和运用综合的技术、方法、手段分析问题、解决问题的能力和创新能力,达到能力、素质的全面培养。方法:选取2021级药学专业三年制学生79人,5人一小组,共计16组进行实验。结果:此次药学专业多学科融合综合性实验探索各科教师积极协调组织,学生们积极参与,学习兴趣浓厚,取得了预期效果综合性实验顺利进行,学生对此满意度也较高。结论:此次综合性实验探索,打破了学科界限,节约了教育成本,进行实验的同时提升了学生分析问题解决问题的能力,达到能力素质的综合培养,提升了职业适应能力为以后实习和工作打下坚实基础。同时也为以后开展更多的多学科融合综合性实验积累了宝贵经验。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • AbstractThe experimental content of pharmacy major involves more than 20 courses, the experimental teaching content is independent, and the lack of cohesion, systematism and coherence of knowledge leads to the insufficient depth and breadth of students' grasp of pharmaceutical knowledge. To this end, we will explore and open a multidisciplinary integrated comprehensive experiment with aspirin as the main line. Objective: To explore and carry out the multidisciplinary integration comprehensive experiment of pharmacy specialty to break the discipline boundary, save the education cost, help students systematically master professional knowledge and practical skills, cultivate students' thinking mode of comprehensive consideration of problems and the ability and innovation ability to analyze and solve problems using comprehensive technologies, methods and means, so as to achieve the comprehensive cultivation of ability and quality. Methods: A total of 16 groups of 79 three-year students majoring in pharmacy in 2021 were selected for the experiment. Results: The comprehensive experiment of multi-disciplinary integration of pharmacy specialty explored the active coordination and organization of the teachers of all disciplines, the active participation of the students, the strong interest in learning, and the expected results were achieved. The comprehensive experiment was carried out smoothly, and the students' satisfaction was also high. Conclusion: This comprehensive experimental exploration has broken the discipline boundary, saved the education cost, improved the students' ability to analyze and solve problems while carrying out the experiment, reached the comprehensive cultivation of ability and quality, and improved the vocational adaptability to lay a solid foundation for future practice and work. At the same time, it has accumulated valuable experience for carrying out more multidisciplinary integration comprehensive experiments in the future.

    实验是加强岗位职业能力、将理论知识转化为操作技能的主要途径,是专科院校教育的特色和灵魂。药学实验从基础化学实验到专业实验涉及20多门课程,实验教学内容各自独立,知识的衔接性、系统性和连贯性缺乏,致使药学知识的深度和广度不够,导致知识运用不能融会贯通、举一反三[1]。相对于目前这种单一的验证性实验,综合性实验不仅能检验学生基础理论的掌握程度,通过实验内容、方法、手段等的综合,系统地掌握知识和实践技能,培养学生综合考虑问题的思维方式和运用综合的技术、方法、手段分析问题、解决问题的能力和创新能力,达到能力、素质的综合培养[2]。所以开设融合药学多学科的综合性实验,让学生系统地掌握从药物的药理作用、副作用和不良反应(药理学),到药物合成、片剂制备(药物化学和药剂学),再到药品检验(药物分析)的综合性实验,实现了多学科融合,具有实验内容复合性、实验方法多元性、实验手段多样性和人才培养综合性的显著特征。
