强化中医经典贯穿中医内科学教学

  • 摘要:目前中医内科学教学过程西医化明显,强化中医经典贯穿中医内科学教学,既有利于培养学生的中医思维,又益于教学相长,是遵循中医药自身发展规律的重要方式。具体做法有:增加“历史沿革”讲授时间;经典著作原文是本源,以经典原文深化病机、思辨法则、还原证候与方剂、阐释中药,从临床案例联系经典,以经典著作中类病、类方为主题布置课外作业等。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract At present, the teaching process of TCM internal medicine is obviously westernized. Strengthening the role of TCM classics through TCM internal medicine is not only conducive to cultivating students' TCM thinking, but also beneficial to teaching and learning. It is an important way to follow the development law of TCM itself. The specific methods are as follows: increase the teaching time of "History"; Deepen the pathogenesis with the classic original text; Return to simplicity and promote speculation; Syndrome return to origin, enlightening thinking; Prescription reduction and enhanced understanding; Classic drug release and continuous essence; Contact classics from clinical cases; Assigning extracurricular assignments with the theme of diseases and prescriptions in classical works.

    “读经典、做临床”是传承、创新中医的重要途径。中医经典是在长期医疗实践中历经检验,被历代中医学家所公认的、对中医学术发展和临床实践都有重大指导意义的古典医著[1]。中医内科学是临床学科的主干主课,是中医学基础理论联系临床实践的桥梁,是各门临床学科的重要基础。为培养中医优秀临床人才,青年教师需加强中医经典对中医内科学教学的指导作用,培养中医学子的中医思维能力。
