• 摘要: 目的:探讨大黄蛰虫丸联合戈舍瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选择在我院住院行腹腔镜子宫内膜异位症手术的患者， 研究组为大黄蛰虫丸联合戈舍瑞林组，对照组为戈舍瑞林组，每组各60例。观察两组的临床疗效、视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale，VAS）评估痛经、生存质量评价量表（SF-36）评估生存质量。结果:通过治疗后，能降低雌激素水平及VAS评分、提高SF-36评分。相对于对照组，研究组能明显降低雌激素水平及VAS评分，提高SF-36评分，生活质量得到明显改善。结论:大黄蛰虫丸联合戈舍瑞林作用于内异症存在相互补充作用，能够明显改善患者的疼痛症状，提高患者的生活质量，彰显了中西医药的综合治疗优势，在临床取得了较为满意的效果，值得推广应用。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractTo investigate the efficacy of Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with goserelin in the treatment of endometriosis and its effect on the quality of life of patients.Methods: Patients who underwent laparoscopic endometriosis surgery in our hospital were selected. The study group was Dahuang Zhechong Pill combined with goserelin group, and the control group was goserelin group, with 60 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, visual analog scale (VAS) to evaluate dysmenorrhea, and Quality of life assessment scale(SF-36) score to evaluate the quality of life in the two groups were observed. Results: After treatment, the estrogen level and VAS score can be reduced, and the SF-36 score can be improved. Compared with the control group, the study group can significantly reduce the estrogen level and VAS score, improve the SF-36 score, and significantly improve the quality of life.Conclusion: Dahuang Zhechong Pills combined with goserelin in endometriosis has a complementary effect, which can significantly improve the pain symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients, worthy of promotion and application.

  子宫内膜异位症(内异症)是育龄期妇女的常见病，从中医角度分析，该病的病因是瘀血，大黄蛰虫丸具有活血破瘀、止痛化瘀等功效。本课题通过大黄蛰虫丸联合戈舍瑞林治疗内异症患者，以探讨其对内异症的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。
