• 摘要: 中医学理论认为，肝主要生理功能是主疏泄，主藏血。肝的疏泄功能失调造成气机紊乱，可引发全身多种病证。临床常见的有肝旺侮肺，木旺乘土，水不涵木等。肝属中焦，其气机的紊乱会导致多个相关脏腑的功能紊乱。运用“调中化湿”理论，通过佐金平木、扶土抑木、滋水涵木等方法来调理中焦，治疗肝失疏泄所致的病症。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstractto the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the main physiological function of the liver is to drain and store blood. The disorder of the liver's catharsis function causes the disorder of qi, which can lead to various diseases and syndromes of the whole body. Clinically, the common symptoms are liver hyperactivity attacking lung, wood hyperactivity taking advantage of soil, water not containing wood, etc. The liver belongs to the middle energizer, and the disorder of its qi mechanism will lead to the dysfunction of many related viscera. Use the theory of "regulating the middle and removing dampness" to regulate the middle energizer and treat the diseases caused by liver loss and laxity through the methods of assisting the gold and leveling the wood, supporting the soil and restraining the wood, and nourishing the water and containing the wood.

  肝五行属木，在体合筋，开窍于目，其华在爪。主要生理功能是主疏泄，主藏血。肝主疏泄分为调整气机和调畅情志。调整气机对于气的升降出入起着重要的疏通作用。而人体正常的情志活动依赖于气机的调畅。肝藏血是指肝具有贮藏血液和调节血量的作用，以适应在不同状态下人体的需要。
