• 摘要: 目的 探讨赵氏雷火灸治疗小儿遗尿肾气不足型的临床效果。方法 选取我院2019年7月～2022年7月期间收治的66例小儿遗尿肾气不足型患儿为本次研究对象，根据其治疗时间进行分组，其中2019年7月～2021年1月期间治疗的患儿为参照组，采取常规西药治疗，2021年2月～2022年7月期间治疗的患儿为研究组，在参照组的基础上实施赵氏雷火灸治疗，两组各33例。对比两组中医证候积分、临床治疗效率及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，研究组患儿中医症候积分低于参照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患儿治疗总有效率较参照组高（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应发生率对比无统计学差异（P＞0.05）。结论 对小儿遗尿肾气不足型患儿积极实施赵氏雷火灸治疗，疗效确切，能有效改善其遗尿情况，且安全性较高。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To investigate the clinical effect of Zhao's lightning fire moxibustion on children with enuresis renal insufficiency. Methods Sixty-six children with enuresis renal insufficiency admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were selected as the objects of this study, and divided into groups according to their treatment time. The children treated from July 2019 to January 2021 were the reference group, and were treated with conventional western medicine. The children treated from February 2021 to July 2022 were the study group, and Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion treatment was carried out on the basis of the reference group, with 33 cases in each group. TCM syndrome score, clinical treatment efficiency and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Active implementation of Zhao's thunder-fire moxibustion treatment for children with enuresis renal qi deficiency is effective, can effectively improve the enuresis, and high safety.

  遗尿主要是指5岁以上的小儿排除器质性病变的情况下，出现夜间无法自主控尿，在入睡后常发生小便自遗现象，并且持续时间超过3个月，每周出现2次以上遗尿现象[1]。患儿临床症状常表现为注意力不集中、情绪烦躁及睡眠质量不佳等，若未及时进行治疗，病情可进一步进展，除会影响患儿正常生活外，还会给其带来极大的心理压力，产生严重的心理疾病[2]。目前，临床对于治疗遗尿肾气不足型患儿主要实施西药治疗、心理干预治疗及中医治疗，其中采取常规西药治疗，虽能在一定程度上治疗患儿，但部分西药具有较大毒副作用，且远期治疗效果欠佳，停药后仍可能出现再次遗尿等情况。
