• 摘要: 目的 探讨中重度变应性鼻炎患者采用迎香穴穴位埋线治疗对其临床症状和免疫功能的影响。方法 从我院2020年1月至2021年12月期间收治的中重度变应性鼻炎患者中，抽取68例作为研究对象，使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组的例数均为34例，对照组和观察组的治疗方法分别为糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂治疗、糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂联合迎香穴穴位埋线治疗，对比两组治疗前后的临床症状积分、免疫功能和生存质量。结果 观察组治疗后的鼻症状总分（TNSS）＋伴随症状总分（TNNSS）、血清免疫球蛋白E（IgE）和鼻结膜炎生存质量调查问卷（RQLQ）评分均较对照组低（P＜0.05）。结论 中重度变应性鼻炎患者采用迎香穴穴位埋线治疗的效果较显著，不仅能有效减轻其临床症状，调节其免疫功能，还能提升其生存质量，临床可进一步推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract To investigate the effect of catgut embedding at Yingxiang point on clinical symptoms and immune function in patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis. Methods 68 patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as research objects, and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The treatment methods of the control group and the observation group were Mometasone furoate nasal spray treatment, Mometasone furoate nasal spray combined with Yingxiang point catgut embedding treatment, respectively. The clinical symptom scores, immune function and quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The total score of nasal symptoms (TNSS) + total score of concomitant symptoms (TNNSS), serum immunoglobulin E (IgE) and nasal conjunctivitis Quality of Life questionnaire (RQLQ) scores in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion For patients with moderate and severe allergic rhinitis, the effect of catch-embedding at Yingxiang acupoint is significant, which can not only effectively reduce their clinical symptoms, regulate their immune function, but also improve their quality of life, which can be further promoted in clinic.

  变应性鼻炎是上呼吸道较为常见的一种慢性炎症，以流清涕、鼻痒、鼻塞为主要症状，对于中重度变应性鼻炎患者而言，同时还伴随着流泪、眼痒、头痛等症状，直接影响其日常工作和生活。糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂是西医治疗变应性鼻炎的常见药物之一，具有止痒、抗炎等作用，但对于中重度患者而言，单一治疗的效果并不理想[1]。因此，寻找更高效的治疗方案显得尤为重要。近年来，随着中医水平的不断提高，多种中医治疗手段逐渐被应用到多种疾病的治疗过程中，且大多取得了较为理想的治疗效果。相关研究指出[2]，穴位埋线治疗可以根据鼻炎患者的实际情况，选择医用可吸收线埋入相应穴位，通过线体的软化、分解、液化和吸收，达到持续柔和刺激穴位、疏通经络血气的目的。
