• 摘要: 玉女煎出自于《景岳全书》，是常用古方，其用药精炼，配伍严谨，清补并投，具有清胃火、滋肾水之功，可用于治疗少阴不足、阳明有余所致的五官疾病、皮肤疾病、内分泌疾病、呼吸疾病等各种病症。许建阳教授临床常用此方治疗糖尿病、三叉神经痛、干燥综合征、牙痛、单纯性肥胖、过敏性皮炎、胃痛、头痛、自汗等多种病症，疗效颇佳。现选取3例运用玉女煎治疗糖尿病、干燥综合征、三叉神经痛的医案，进行分析学习，同时从脏腑、经络角度对玉女煎进行方解，并做出展望。                                                                                                                                                                                

• AbstractYunu Jian is from the Complete Book of Jingyue. It is a frequently used decoction in traditional chinese medicine with refined medicines, rigorous compatibility, and clear tonic combination.It has the function of clearing stomach fire and nourishing kidney water, and has been adopted in treating facial diseases, skin diseases, endocrine diseases and respiratory diseases caused by insufficient Shaoyin and excess Yangming. Professor Xu Jianyang commonly used this prescription in clinical treatment of diabetes, trigeminal neuralgia, Sjogren's syndrome, toothache, simple obesity, atopic dermatitis, stomachache, headache, spontaneous sweating and other diseases, the effect is quite good. Three cases of the treatment of diabetes mellitus, Sjogren's syndrome and trigeminal neuralgia with Yunu Jian were selected for analysis and study. Meanwhile, the prescription of Yunu Jian was analyzed from the perspective of zang-fu organs and meridians, and the prospect was made.

  许建阳教授，主任医师、博士生导师、留美访问学者。原解放军总医院三中心（中国武警总医院）中西医结合科主任，现任深圳大学总医院中医学科带头人及科主任。曾担任解放军军事医学科学院、北京中医药大学、河北医科大学等 8 所院校的硕博士生导师，国家自然科学基金中医评审专家，中国针灸学会理事及全军针灸学会副主任委员，深圳市名中医等。参加全球人类脑计划、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等重大课题研究，获国家、省部级奖项10余项，专利成果2项，培养硕、博士研究生及博士后研究人员40余名。
