  • 摘要: “一分钟教学”是一种来源于临床的教学模式,在既往的临床教学当中被多次验证,其具有很好的提升教学质量的效果。为了提高中医内科学临床教学的教学水平,我们探索了OMP教学在中医内科学临床教学实践中运用的新模式,以期达到提高学生中医临床思维能力,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性的学习目的;另外为了能够更加直观地了解OMP教学模式,本文同时采用了SWOT分析的方法,对将OMP教学模式引入中医内科临床教学这一教学模式变化的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等方面进行了深入的分析,彰显这一教学模式改变的重要价值,希望在未来的中医内科的临床教学当中,我们能够合理且充分地利用好这一教学方式,更好地提高临床教学的效率,从而获得更好的教学成效。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract"One-minute teaching" is a teaching model derived from clinical practice, which has been verified many times in the past clinical teaching, and it has a good effect on improving the quality of teaching. In order to improve the teaching level of clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, we explored the new mode of OMP teaching in clinical teaching practice of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to achieve the purpose of improving students' clinical thinking ability of traditional Chinese medicine and stimulating students' learning enthusiasm and initiative. In addition, in order to have a more intuitive understanding of the OMP teaching model, this paper also adopted SWOT analysis method to make an in-depth analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities, threats and other aspects of the change of OMP teaching model into the clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, highlighting the important value of the change of the teaching model. It is hoped that in the future clinical teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, we can make good use of this teaching method reasonably and fully, improve the efficiency of clinical teaching better, so as to obtain better teaching results.

    一分钟教学法(one minute preceptor,OMP), 简称 OMP 模式, 是由美国华盛顿州立大学 Neher 等[1] 于 1992 年提出的,是基于家庭医学科临床教学困难,而发展出的“五个步骤微技巧”临床教学模式(A five step “microskills” model of cilnical teaching)又称为“一分钟教学”模式,是一种可以在短时间内高效完成某个教学计划或教学目标的教学方法。在对文献的回顾中发现,OMP模式作为一种教学模式,其有效性以及学生和导师的接受度都得到了很好的文献支持,已被证明可以增加教学技巧,包括对学生临床推理的反馈和评估[2]。
