中西医结合护理对脑出血患者的应用分析

• 摘要:目的：探究脑出血患者采用中西医结合护理的临床价值。方法：将本院2017年4月到2019年3月接收的80例脑出血患者按照随机化原则分成两组，对照组（n=40）给予常规护理，试验组（n=40）给予中西医结合护理。比较两组护理效果、运动能力及生活能力。结果：试验组护理总有效率高于对照组，P＜0.05，有统计学意义；两组护理后的ADL评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均优于护理前，组间比较以试验组改善效果更理想，P＜0.05，有统计学价值。结论：中西医联合护理用于脑出血患者中能巩固疗效，改善运功功能及生活能力，值得临床推广。

• Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical value of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing for patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage received in our hospital from April 2017 to March 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomization. The control group (n=40) was given routine nursing, and the experimental group (n=40) was given integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing. The nursing effect, exercise ability and life ability of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of nursing in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05), with statistical significance. The ADL score and Fugl-Meyer score after nursing in the two groups were better than those before nursing, and the improvement effect of the experimental group was better than that before nursing, P < 0.05, with statistical value. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in patients with cerebral hemorrhage can consolidate the curative effect, improve the function of Yungong and life ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
