《中医诊断学》课程学情与成绩关联性分析研究

    • 摘要:目的:探讨学情与《中医诊断学》课程成绩之间的关联性。方法:选择山西中医药大学中西医结合临床专业开设《中医诊断学》课程的大学一年级学生进行问卷调查,建立数据库,并将问卷调查结果与学期末总评成绩进行关联性统计学分析。结果:本次共回收有效调查问卷242份,参与调查学生的平均成绩为(73.53+9.06)分,相关性分析显示成绩高低与《中医基础理论》课程成绩相关,而与高中阶段的文理分科、高考志愿的选择、家庭医学背景无明显关联系。结论:《中医诊断学》课程作为中医学及相关专业的基础桥梁课程,教学过程中注重贯穿联系基础理论和临床各科之间的联系,尤为重要。

    • Abstract:Objective: To explore the correlation between the learning conditions and achievements on the diagnostics of TCM. Methods: The students were chosen to conduct a questionnaire survey, who were learning the diagnostics of TCM majoring in integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine in Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine. The database of the questionnaire was established. And it was analyzed by association analysis Results: it were collected 242 valid questionnaires. The students’ average score of the course was (73.53+9.06). And The scores were related to the scores of the Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine. There were no obvious connections with the high school graduation, the choice of college entrance examination, and the family medicine background. Conclusion: The diagnostics of TCM is a basic bridge course for Chinese Medicine and related majors. It is especially important to focus on the connection between basic theory and clinical subjects in the teaching process.
