针刺颈穴联合自拟通络汤治疗瘀阻脑络型偏头痛的临床意义

• 摘要:目的：探讨针刺颈穴联合自拟通络汤治疗瘀阻脑络型偏头痛的临床意义。方法：选取2018年1月到2019年1月沈阳市第二中医医院针灸科就诊的80例经中医辨证分型为瘀阻脑络型偏头痛的患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，对照组40例采取针刺颈穴，试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用自拟通络汤治疗，比较两组患者的临床有效率，结果：试验组治疗总有效率为100%，对照组总有效率为90.0%，试验组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：对瘀阻脑络型偏头痛患者采取针刺颈穴联合自拟通络汤进行治疗，可以有效的提高临床有效率，提高患者生活质量，值得在临床推广。                

• Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical significance of acupuncture at neck point combined with Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of migraine of brain stasis type. Methods: 80 cases of migraine were divided into two groups according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. 40 cases in the control group were treated with acupuncture at the neck point. 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with Tongluo Decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results: the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of migraine with stasis obstruction of brain and collaterals by acupuncture at neck points combined with Tongluo decoction is worth popularizing in clinic.
