• 摘要: 目的：探讨面部针刺配合灸翳风穴对风寒型面瘫的临床意义研究。方法：选取2017年1月到2019年1月在大连市中心医院针灸科就诊的80例风寒型面瘫患者，随机分为试验组和对照组，两组患者均采取常规西药治疗。其中对照组40例采取面部针刺治疗，试验组40例采取面部针刺配合灸翳风穴进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床有效率。结果：试验组临床有效率为100.0%，对照组临床有效率为87.5%，试验组优于对照组，差异有统计学差异（p<0.05）；结论：针刺配合灸翳风穴治疗风寒型面瘫临床效果显著，值得在临床推广。                                

• Abstract:Objective: To explore the clinical significance of facial acupuncture combined with Moxibustion on Yifeng point in the treatment of cold facial paralysis. Methods: 80 patients with face paralysis of wind cold type were selected, and both groups were treated with conventional western medicine. Among them, 40 cases in the control group were treated with facial acupuncture, 40 cases in the experimental group were treated with facial acupuncture combined with Moxibustion of Yifeng point. The clinical efficiency of the two groups was compared. Results: the experimental group was better than the control group (P < 0.05); conclusion: acupuncture combined with Moxibustion of Yifeng point has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of cold type facial paralysis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
