临床教学路径在中医护理本科实习中的运用探讨

    • 摘要:目的:探讨临床教学路径在中医护理本科实习中的运用效果。方法:采用本院2017年1月-2019年10月接收的中医护理本科实习生共计68例进行研究,按照抛硬币法将实习生划分成对照组(34例)和研究组(34例)。对照组实习生实施传统教学模式,研究组实习生实施临床教学路径管理模式,归纳总结两组实习生教学质量评分、教学成绩评分以及对带教方法的评价情况。结果:教学质量评分和教学成绩评分方面,研究组高于对照组;带教方法评价方面,研究组优于对照组,两组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为中医护理本科实习生进行带教时,实施临床教学路径可以提升教学质量,提高带教满意度,值得临床借鉴。                                                                                                                                                

    • Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of clinical teaching path in the undergraduate practice of TCM nursing. Methods: A total of 68 Chinese nursing undergraduate interns accepted by our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were used for research. According to the coin flip method, the interns were divided into a control group (34 cases) and a study group (34 cases). The interns in the control group implemented the traditional teaching mode, and the interns in the research group implemented the clinical teaching path management mode. The two groups of interns were evaluated for teaching quality, teaching performance and teaching methods. Results: In terms of teaching quality score and teaching performance score, the research group was higher than the control group; in terms of teaching method evaluation, the research group was better than the control group. The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: When teaching internships for undergraduate Chinese medical nursing, the implementation of clinical teaching paths can improve teaching quality and improve teaching satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical reference.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

      临床实习在医学生学习过程中占据十分重要的位置,会影响医学生之后的就业问题,因此在临床带教中,临床实习是一项十分艰巨的任务。在我国护理学不断发展的形势下,中医护理教育从以往的中等教育发展为本科、大专教育,教学质量水平如何,直接影响中医临床护理质量。临床路径是由美国兴起的护理教学方式,其核心理念为用最少的时间,达到最佳的效果,已被众多医院用于疾病的宣教和护理领域,在临床带教领域,也取得一定效果。
