糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效及安全性分析

• 摘要:目的：探讨中药糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果和安全性。方法：选择我院2019年1月~2020年1月期间收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者120例，以随机数字表法对其进行分组，分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）两组，对照组患者应用西药弥可保片进行治疗，观察组患者应用糖神安汤剂进行治疗。结果：治疗后观察组患者显效31例，有效25例，无效4例，总有效率为93.3%，高于对照组75%的有效率，P<0.05。在血流变学的全血粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞压积和纤维蛋白原等指标以及MNCV、SNCV正中神经、腓总神经的治疗前后变化上，两组患者均改善较为明显，观察组患者的改善程度更佳，P<0.05。结论：采用中药糖神安汤剂治疗糖尿病周围神经病变患者，临床效果显著，有助于改善患者症状，安全性较高，具有很高的应用价值。                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of tangshen'an Decoction on diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods: 120 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was treated with western medicine Mecobalamin, and the observation group was treated with tangshen'an decoction. Results: after treatment, 31 cases of patients in the observation group were markedly effective, 25 cases were effective, and 4 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 93.3%, which was higher than 75% of the control group, P < 0.05. In hemorheology indexes such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and fibrinogen, as well as changes of MNCV, SNCV median nerve and common peroneal nerve before and after treatment, the improvement of two groups was more obvious, and the improvement degree of observation group was better, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the clinical effect of tangshen'an Decoction in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is significant, which is helpful to improve the symptoms of patients, with high safety and high application value.                                                                                                                                                                                                

  治疗临床上，糖尿病属于一种非常常见的慢性疾病，而糖尿病周围神经病变又是常见的并发症，也是导致患者残疾的主因。糖尿病患者在其病程逐渐延长的情况下，糖尿病周围神经病变的发病率将高达90%以上，严重影响患者的生活质量。这些年来，伴随医学技术的提升，临床应用电生理检查为患者测定神经传导速度，有助于帮助其尽早诊断出糖尿病周围神经病变。患有该并发症的患者临床表现早期为感觉障碍，多集中于下肢，有感觉异常以及对称性疼痛的表现，通常就寝前症状加重，下地走动可缓解，这些疼痛症状与中医“瘀血性疼痛”机制相近，因此目前临床更提倡为糖尿病周围神经病变患者应用中药治疗，效果更佳。
