• 摘要:目的 对齐齐哈尔医学院2013、2016年公卫执业医师考试成绩进行分析，以提高该校课程教学质量和公卫执业医师考试通过率。方法 以该校公卫执业医师资格考试学科成绩报告为依据，对本校及全国院校考生的成绩、通过率、平均掌握率等进行分析。结果 2016年本校考生总成绩的平均分、不同认知层次的平均掌握率、毒理学部分的平均分及平均掌握较2013年有所提升，但仍低于全国平均水平；2016年本校考生总通过率有所提升且高于全国水平；2013年、2016年基础医学、医学人文、临床医学部分平均分及平均掌握率低于全国水平，2016年预防医学部分高于2013年且高于全国水平。结论 公卫执业医师资格考试对预防医学专业的课程教学具有一定的导向作用。                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Objective: To analyze the examination results of public health practitioners in Qiqihar Medical University in 2013 and 2016, so as to improve the teaching quality and pass rate of public health practitioners examination. Methods Based on the academic achievement report of public health practitioners provided by the University, the results, pass rate and average mastery rate of the candidates in our university and national colleges and universities were analyzed. Result In 2016, the average score of the total score, the average mastery rate of different cognitive levels, the average score and average mastery rate of toxicology were improved compared with 2013, but still lower than the national average level; in 2016, the total pass rate of the candidates in our school increased and was higher than the national level; the average score and average mastery rate of basic medicine, medical humanities and clinical medicine in 2013 and 2016 were lower than those in 2013 and 2016 The preventive medicine in 2016 was higher than that in 2013 and higher than the national level. Conclusion the public health licensing examination has a certain guiding role in the teaching of preventive medicine.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  执业医师资格考试不仅是从业人员准入的标准，对衡量医学本科院校教育教学质量也有很重要的意义。齐齐哈尔医学院非常重视执业医师考试对教学的导向作用，将不同专业、学科，学生的“总成绩”、“通过率”、“平均成绩”等作为课程教学质量及人才培养质量的回顾性评价指标。学校在获得国家医学考试中心成绩报告数据后，组织相关专业人员对临床及公卫执业医师考试成绩数据进行分析，从“总成绩”、“通过率”、“学科平均成绩”、“学科平均掌握程度”、“以认知层次划分的平均成绩”、“不同认知层次的平均掌握程度”几个角度进行分析并将结果反馈至相关部门、课程负责人及学生[3]。通过各指标与全国平均水平比较，对教师起到督教作用的同时，对学生起到导学作用。
