• 摘要:输卵管阻塞性不孕的发病率高，病因复杂，目前已成为中、西医妇科领域研究的热点问题。文章介绍了张文红教授治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床经验。张文红教授认为引起输卵管阻塞的关键因素为“瘀血阻滞”，故治疗上从“瘀”入手，治以活血化瘀、通经活络，采取中药口服、保留灌肠及中药外敷等诊疗方法，同时注重心理调摄，取得了显著的临床疗效，值得推广。                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Objective:The incidence of tubal obstructed infertility is high and the etiology is complex, which has become a hot topic in the field of gynecology of Chinese and western medicine.This article introduces Professor Zhang Wenhong's clinical experience in treating tubal obstruction infertility.Professor Zhang Wenhong believes that the key factor causing fallopian tube obstruction is "blocked blood stasis", so the treatment should start from "stasis", treat with promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, channel and collaterals, take traditional Chinese medicine orally, retain enema and apply traditional Chinese medicine externally, and pay attention to psychological adjustment, which has achieved remarkable clinical efficacy and is worth promoting.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  对于输卵管阻塞性不孕的治疗，现代医学主要采取手术的治疗方法，这种方法虽然起效快、针对性强，取得了一定的疗效，但仍有很多缺陷与不足，不易被患者所接受，而中医药在治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕时因其简、便、廉、验的特点而具有独特的优势和广阔的应用前景。吾师张文红教授是第三批全国优秀中医人才，山西省省优专家，首届院内名医，师从国医大师夏桂成教授，从事临床近30载，长期致力于输卵管阻塞性不孕的研究、治疗，临证经验丰富，疗效显著。笔者有幸跟师学习，受益匪浅，现不揣浅陋，将吾师张文红教授治疗输卵管堵塞性不孕症的特色经验初步归纳总结如下，以飨同道。
