• 摘要:孤独症谱系障碍是一组发病于生命早期，影响终身的神经发育障碍性疾病。近年来发病率持续增高，引起社会广泛关注。但因其病因病机仍不明确，治疗上缺乏针对性、统一性，尚无特效方法。近年来中西医结合疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍取得了较好的临床疗效，通过大数据，查阅国内外大量文献，现将中医针灸、中药、五行音乐及西医行为教育、营养疗法、西药乃至新兴干细胞等治疗手段及治疗进展报道如下，从而为孤独症谱系障碍奠定深厚的诊疗和理论研究工作基础。                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Objective:Autism spectrum disorders are a group of disease in the early life, affect the lifetime of neurodevelopmental disorder. In recent years the incidence of a disease continues to increase, a widespread social concern is caused. But because of its pathogenesis is still unclear, treatment on the lack of pertinence, unity, there is no specific method. Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatments for autism spectrum disorders in recent years have achieved good clinical effect, through the large data, a large number of literature at home and abroad will now, five lines of music and western medicine of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion, behavior education, nutritional therapy, western medicine and emerging stem cell therapy and treatment progress reports as follows, such as for autism spectrum disorders deep theory of diagnosis and treatment and research foundation.                                                                                                                                                                                                                

  孤独症谱系障碍（Autism spectrum disorder，ASD）是严重危害儿童健康的神经发育障碍性疾病，多起病于婴幼儿时期。以持续存在的社会交往交流障碍、异常狭窄的兴趣范围或活动内容和行为表现刻板重复为核心特征，其作为广泛性神经发育障碍性疾病，更多共患症状如攻击性，强迫性，易激惹，肠胃问题以及睡眠障碍等，严重困扰患儿及其家庭。1943年，Kanner在临床病例报道中首次使用了“自闭症”。近年来，全世界ASD患病率持续升高。2000～2015年美国ASD患病率从1/150上升到1/45，男性高于女性，比例约为4～6:1。美国最新报道8岁儿童ASD患病率为1/59 。目前，其病因病机仍不明确，治疗手段极为有限。近年来文献报道中，中西医结合治疗ASD的临床疗效突出，逐渐成为主流治疗手段。
