• 摘要: 合肥市拥有培养中医药国际化人才的客观优势。本文通过解析合肥市培养中医药国际化人才的必然性、可行性以及未来发展方向，提出完善投入保障机制，营造良好氛围、强化人才培养意识，推动人才国际流动、加强外语教学理论指导，深化外语教学渗透作用、贯彻思政教育，培养传承与创新精神、加强文化经典学习，改进人才培养途径、传承创新并重，丰富教学内容等六个方面人才培养策略，进一步提升国际化中医药人才培养效能，完善中医药国际化人才教育发展，为推动我国中医药国际化人才发展战略提供理论借鉴。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Hefei has the objective advantage of internationalization of Chinese medicine talents training.This article through the analysis of the necessity of internationalization of Chinese medicine talents in hefei,feasibility and future development direction,put forward perfect safeguard mechanism, create a good atmosphere,enhance the consciousness of the personnel training, promoting international flow of talent,to strengthen the guidance of foreign language teaching theory, deepen the foreign language teaching osmosis, carry out ideological education, cultivate the spirit of inheritance and innovation, strengthen cultural classic study,  Improving the talent training approach, paying equal attention to inheritance and innovation, enriching the teaching content and other six aspects of talent training strategies, so as to improve the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine talent training, optimize the development of traditional Chinese medicine education, and provide theoretical reference for promoting China's international talent development strategy of traditional Chinese medicine.

  21世纪以来，我国的中医药人才培养模式逐渐进入全球化的范畴，主要是培养出适应经济全球化发展的国际化中医药人才与我国的发展战略完美贴合。在经济不断发展国际形势日新月异的今天，中医药国际化人才不仅要有丰富的中医药文化底蕴、理论知识和临床技能，更应了解各国经济医疗实况，做新时代的中医药国际化人才。
