• 摘要:构建具有中医特色的临床实践培养模式是中医院校护理硕士专业学位研究生培养的重要内容。本文主要从临床实践培养目标、实践方式与内容、实践轮转安排、实践过程管理、师资配备及临床能力考核等方面，就我校护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践培养模式进行介绍，以期为其他院校研究生培养提供借鉴。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: The construction of clinical practice training mode with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine is an important part of the training of nursing master degree graduates in traditional Chinese medicine colleges.This paper mainly introduces the clinical practice training mode of nursing master degree postgraduates in our university from the aspects of clinical practice training objectives, practice methods and contents, practice rotation arrangement, practice process management, teacher allocation and clinical ability assessment, so as to provide references for other universities.

  继2010年国务院批准设置了护理硕士专业学位（Master of Nursing Specialist,MNS）之后，2013年国务院学位办又发布了增列硕士专业学位授权点的通知。高等中医院校护理学专业学位硕士授权点自在2014年开设，于2015年进行正式培养[1]。护理学专业学位研究生教育的最终目标是培养高层次、应用型的临床专科高级护理人才[2]。因此，建立科学合理的临床实践培养模式就显得尤为重要。
