• 摘要: 针灸推拿学作为中医学的一门传统优势学科，国家和社会对其创新型研究人才的需求日益迫切。文章分析了目前针灸推拿学专业研究生创新能力的培养现状，从师和生共创的两个角度探讨应对策略，旨在深化针灸推拿学专业研究生教育改革，提高本专业研究生培养质量，培养符合时代特征的、素质全面的针灸推拿学创新型研究人才。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:Acupuncture and tuina as a traditional dominant subject of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM），the country and society have an increasingly urgent need for innovative research talents. This paper analyzes the current situation of innovation ability training for postgraduates majoring in acupuncture and Massage and discusses the countermeasures from two aspects “teacher and students’ create “, aiming at deepening the reform of postgraduate education in acupuncture and Massage. We should cultivate innovative talents of traditional Chinese medicine with all-round qualities in line with the characteristics of the times.

  随着国家出台《“健康中国 2030”规划纲要》《中医药健康服务业发展规划2015-2020》 等一系列重要文件，确立了“健康中国”的国家发展战略，中医药的发展，尤其是针灸推拿学的发展迎来了前所未有的机遇，但同时也面临着巨大的挑战。在健康中国建设中，针 灸推拿学在中医养生、保健、医疗、康复服务，以及健康养老、中医药文化、健康旅游等方面具有独特的特色优势，同时也是中医药“走出去”战略和推进“一带一路”建设，推动中医药海外创新发展的领头羊，因而国家和社会对创新创业型针灸推拿学人才的需求日益迫切[1]。
