• 摘要:缺血性中风在我国具有发病率高、致残率高、死亡率高、复发率高的特点，病残率为 70%～80%左右，严重影响着患者的生存、生活质量及心理健康，如何防治和减轻中风所带来的后遗症及致残等影响是临床研究的重要内容。本文通过对文献的研究，认为肾虚血瘀是其发病关键，补肾活血法为治本之法，以下为总结缺血性中风的最新研究进展。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Ischemic stroke has high incidence rate, high disability rate, high mortality rate and high recurrence rate in China. The disability rate is about 70% ~ 80%, which seriously affects the survival, quality of life and mental health of patients. How to prevent and reduce the effects of sequela and disability caused by stroke is an important part of clinical research. Based on the study of literature, this paper analyzes the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescription of ischemic stroke from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine. It is believed that kidney deficiency and blood stasis is the key to the onset of ischemic stroke, and tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation is the fundamental treatment. The latest research progress of ischemic stroke is summarized.

  缺血性中风属于中医学“中风”、“中经络”范畴，好发于中老年人，其发生常因禀赋肝肾亏损，或阴虚阳亢之体，迨至老年时，肾中精气愈虚，气不化精，精不生髓，脑中脉络因失肾气之温煦、肾精之濡养而逐渐痿弱，肾精化生气血失源，脑中脉络因气血运行不畅而瘀阻不通，气不顺则生风，而发中风，致口眼歪斜、半身不遂、语言不利等证。中医药在促进中风患者康复上具有深厚的群众基础，而中医依据肾虚为本、瘀血为标的理论，运用补肾活血法，从肾治脑，取得了较好的疗效。
