• 摘要:目的 探讨刘真教授膏方治疗心系疾病辨证思路及方药规律。方法 收集整理2017—2020年刘真门诊膏方病案，应用“中医传承辅助平台”软件进行信息采集并建立数据库。通过统计报表和数据分析进行数据挖掘，总结刘真教授应用膏方的辨治思路和方药规律。结果 收集膏方252首；病种包括胸痹、心悸、心衰病等；使用频次最高的前5位中药是党参、五指毛桃、茯苓、百合、黄芪。将支持度设置为60，“置信度”设为 0.95，提取出药物组合，通过“关联规则”分析其中药物组合的关联度，置信度为“1”的药物组合共有20对。包括“党参、茯苓”、“党参、五指毛桃”等。结论 刘真教授膏方治疗心系疾病以“五脏同调，健运中焦，调畅气机”为原则，用药有“三因制宜、动静结合、润燥相合、畅达气机”等特点。体现其“治心不唯心，五脏同调，以脾胃为中心，重视肝脾两脏同治，兼顾肺肾，畅达气机”的学术思想。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Discuss the experience of Professor Liu Zhen in applying paste prescription to treat cardiovascular disease.method: From 2017 to 2020, Professor Liu Zhen collected and sorted out the medical records of the treatment of angiocardiopathy in the outpatient department of Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Through data mining through statistical report system and data analysis system, based on the obtained data results, we conducted in-depth interviews with Professor Liu Zhen to discuss and summarize Professor Liu Zhen's medication and treatment methods for treating this disease.result:Collect 252 paste prescription.Diseases include Chest pains, heart failure,vertigo and sleepless cases.The top 5 most frequently used Chinese medicines are Codonopsis, radix fici simplicissimae , Poria cocos, lily and Astragalus mongholicus.Through the data analysis system, set the support level to 60% and the confidence level to 0.95, extract 20 drug combinations with a confidence level of 1 .It includes "Codonopsis, poria cocos", "Codonopsis, radix fici simplicissimae"and other drug combinations.Conclusion:The clinical experience of Professor Liu Zhen in the treatment of cardiovascular disease is summarized as follows:Professor Liu Zhen in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is centered on the spleen and stomach,Pay attention to the balance of the five viscera and the smooth air machine adjustment.The medication characteristics of the paste prescription for the treatment of the disease:mainly combined with supplementing and tonifying, strengthening the spleen and stomach, co-administering cold and temperature, combining dynamic and static, medication based on time, medication based on locality, medication based on person.

  刘真教授是河北省首届名中医，师从国医大师路志正教授和李士懋教授，继承了路志正教授“以脾胃为中心”[1]的学术思想以及李士懋教授“溯本求源，平脉辨治”[2]的思辨体系。
