• 摘要:目的：本项目主要分析温胆汤合并半夏白术天麻汤在高血压治疗中的应用有效性及价值。方法：本次分析入组患者共100例，均来源于我院接治的高血压患者，接治时间均在2019年6月至2021年6月之间。将予以温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤治疗的50例患者加入观察组，予以常规西药治疗的50例患者分入对照组，对两组治疗前后的患者血压水平变化情况、治疗期间不良反应发生率、治疗前后生活质量进行比较。结果：观察组治疗后，血压检测值居更低水平（P<0.05）。治疗期间观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为6.00%和20.00%，结果示，观察组呈更低水平（P<0.05）。观察组生活质量评测分值在治疗工作开展后与对照组相比居更高程度（P<0.05）。结论：温胆汤合半夏白术天麻汤作为一种高血压的辅助治疗药物，可以有效维持患者血压水平的稳定，不良反应少，有助于患者生活质量的提升和安全性的提高，值得临床借鉴。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: This project mainly analyzes the efficacy and value of Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of hypertension. Methods: A total of 100 patients were enrolled in this analysis, all of whom were from hypertensive patients treated in our hospital, and the treatment time was between June 2019 and June 2021. 50 patients treated with Wendan Decoction and Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction were added to the observation group, and 50 patients treated with conventional western medicine were divided into the control group. The changes in blood pressure levels of the two groups before and after treatment and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment were analyzed. Rates and quality of life before and after treatment were compared. Results: After treatment in the observation group, the blood pressure detection value was at a lower level (P<0.05). During the treatment period, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group and the control group were 6.00% and 20.00%, respectively. The results showed that the observation group showed a lower level (P<0.05). The quality of life evaluation score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after the treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion: Wendan Decoction combined with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction, as an adjuvant therapy drug for hypertension, can effectively maintain the stability of blood pressure in patients with less adverse reactions, and contribute to the improvement of patients' quality of life and safety, which is worthy of clinical practice.
