• 摘要:探讨分析中医院信息化人才素质队伍的现状问题，同时针对其问题提出相应的应对策略。随着我国医疗机构的不断升级和改革，为了能更好的提高和推进医院医疗服务工作的水平，在电子信息日益发展的背景下，医院在信息化建设方面正面临着巨大的考验以及挑战。目前在医院信息化建设中主要存在着信息化专业人才的缺乏、没有规范统一的管理体系等，本文着重对中医院信息化人才进行综述，包括中医院信息化人才素质队伍建设的现状、存在的问题、提出相关应对策略建议等内容，以期为后续广大中医院信息化人才素质队伍的建设提供指导基础，提高其人才素质队伍的培养。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: his paper discusses and analyzes the current situation of informatization talent quality team in traditional Chinese medicine hospital, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for its problems. With the continuous upgrading and reform of medical institutions in China, in order to better improve and promote the level of hospital medical service, under the background of the increasing development of electronic information, hospitals are facing great tests and challenges in information construction. At present, there is a lack of informatization professionals and no standardized and unified management system in the construction of hospital informatization. This paper focuses on the summary of informatization talents in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, including the current situation and existing problems of the construction of informatization talents' quality team in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions, in order to provide a guiding basis for the construction of informatization talents' quality team in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, Improve the quality of its talents and the cultivation of its team.

  在电子信息日益发展的时代背景下，随着医疗机构管理服务的深入改革和不断完善，信息化管理在中医院中开展并有效实施已成必然，同时针对中医院信息化的建设也存在着较大的挑战，不管是在人才方面，还是资金等方面都是一项艰巨的任务。
