• 摘要:混合痔是肛肠科的一种常见病、多发病，手术是治疗混合痔的重要方法，但术后并发症往往给患者身心带来痛苦。近年来，中医药疗法在混合痔术后的应用越发广泛，缓解混合痔术后并发症的疗效可靠。笔者将从中药内服，中药外用包括中药灌肠、熏洗坐浴、油膏散剂外敷，中医特色外治技术如针灸耳穴等疗法三个方面对混合痔术后中医药疗法的应用现状作如下综述。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Mixed hemorrhoids is a common and frequently-occurring disease in anorectal department. Surgery is an important method for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids, but postoperative complications often bring pain to patients. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine therapy is more and more widely used in postoperative mixed hemorrhoids, and the effect of relieving postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids is reliable. The author will summarize the application status of traditional Chinese medicine after operation of mixed hemorrhoids from three aspects: internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine, external application of traditional Chinese medicine including traditional Chinese medicine enema, fumigation sitting bath, external application of ointment powder, and external treatment techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, such as acupuncture and auricular points.

  混合痔手术后常常发生肛门出血、疼痛、坠胀、水肿等一系列并发症，使患者情绪低落，影响身心健康。中医药疗法依从辨证施治的原则，根据不同患者的不同症状，采用内治、外治和内治外治相结合等中医特色疗法，减轻混合痔术后并发症，使术后创面愈合的时间缩短，提高患者生活质量。现将混合痔术后中医药疗法的应用现状作如下综述。
