• 摘要:目的  探讨择时穴位贴敷结合坐式偏瘫复原操对急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的效果观察。方法 将120例急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者用随机数字表法，按1:1:1:1比例随机分成4组，A组为常规治疗组、B组在常规治疗组的基础上加用择时穴位贴敷、C组为常规治疗组的基础上加用择时坐式偏瘫复原操的锻炼、D组为综合治疗组，每组30人，4组患者分别于治疗前、治疗1周和治疗2周采用中风病中医证候评分量表、中风专用生活质量量表（SS-QOL）、简式Fugl-Meyer评分量表（FMA）、改良Barthel指数（MBI）进行疗效评定。结果 ４组患者治疗后第1、2周与治疗前相比较各项评分明显改善（P＜0.05），此外，与A、B、C组比较，D组各项评分在治疗1周及治疗2周显著改善（P＜0.01）。结论  择时穴位贴敷结合坐式偏瘫复原操锻炼能显著提高急性缺血性脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活活动能力、运动功能和生活质量。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: To explore the effect of timing acupoint application combined with sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise on hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke. method 120 patients with acute ischemic stroke hemiplegia were randomly divided into 4 groups according to the ratio of 1:1:1:1. Group A was the routine treatment group, group B was treated with timing Acupoint Application on the basis of the routine treatment group, group C was treated with timing sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise on the basis of the routine treatment group, and group D was the comprehensive treatment group, with 30 people in each group. The patients in the four groups were treated before and after treatment The curative effect was evaluated by stroke syndrome scale, stroke specific quality of life scale (ss-qol), simplified Fugl Meyer scale (FMA), modified Barthel Index (MBI) and so on. Results the scores of the four groups were significantly improved in the first and second weeks after treatment compared with those before treatment (P < 0.05). In addition, compared with groups a, B and C, the scores of group D were significantly improved in the first and second weeks of treatment (P < 0.01). Conclusion timing acupoint application combined with sitting hemiplegia recovery exercise can significantly improve the activities of daily living, motor function and quality of life of hemiplegic patients with acute ischemic stroke.

  脑卒中具有发病率高、病死率高、致残率高的特点［1］，多数患者会遗留偏瘫后遗症，生活质量严重下降［2］ 。国内外证据均表明，脑卒中患者生命体征平稳24～48h 即可行康复，且效果更佳［3］。早期方便可行的护理干预，有助于偏瘫患者康复［4］。
