• 摘要:对近年来有关外阴白色病变的临床研究结果加以汇总,以期给临床提出一种合理的治疗思路与办法。通过检索作者近年来的研究论文,对文献中有关外阴白色病变临床方面的大量研究成果与报告,进行了检索与汇总。目前治疗方案多种多样，有单纯西医治疗（医药及物理治疗）、中医治疗（中药口服及外用治疗）、中西医结合治疗（多采用中药及物理联合治疗）。结论是：外阴白色病变采用中西医结合疗法效果较好，值得临床应用。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:The results of clinical studies on white vulvar lesions in recent years are summarized in order to propose a reasonable treatment idea and approach to the clinic. The authors' recent research papers were searched, and a large number of research results and reports on clinical aspects of white vulvar lesions in the literature were searched and summarized. At present, there are various treatment options, including simple Western medicine treatment (medicine and physical therapy), Chinese medicine treatment (oral and topical treatment with Chinese herbs), and combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment (mostly combined treatment with Chinese herbs and physical therapy). It is concluded that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine is more effective in the treatment of white vulvar lesions and is worthy of clinical application.

  外阴白色病变(俗称外阴白斑),在过去也被叫做外阴色素减退性疾病。它是一类女人的外阴皮肤和黏膜等组织出现变性和色素沉着的慢性病变,分为慢性单纯性外阴苔藓病(外阴鳞状上皮增生)和硬化性苔藓,由于病灶部分的肌肤和黏膜多为白色,故称为外阴白斑病[1]。这两种情况有相似的病因和临床表现以及治疗，其组织病理学改变不同。
