• 摘要:膜性肾病（Membranous Nephropathy，MN）在临床上大部分可表现为肾病综合征（蛋白尿、低蛋白血症、水肿、高脂血症），也可以是无症状性的蛋白尿，发病率渐升，以中老年为主，并发症较多，中医药在治疗MN有着一定的优势。本文通过查阅近年来的文献，从病因病机、中药提取物、中成药、中药复方、外治法等方面作一综述，以期为中医药治疗MN提供一定的参考。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:In clinic, most of Membranous Nephropathy (MN) showed nephrotic syndrome (proteinuria, hypoproteinemia, edema and hyperlipidemia), and asymptomatic proteinuria. The incidence of MN was increasing, mainly in the middle-aged and the elderly, with more complications. Traditional Chinese medicine had certain advantages in the treatment of MN. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis, Chinese medicine extract, Chinese patent medicine, Chinese medicine compound, external treatment and other aspects through reviewing the literature in recent years, in order to provide a certain reference for TCM treatment of MN.

  国内外文献报道，我国MN发病率较前上升，其中，在东北十年间的肾活检病理报告中，MN最为普遍，为29.1%[1，2]。MN可分为特发性膜性肾病（Idiopathic Membranous Nnephropathy，IMN）和继发性膜性肾病（Secondary Membranous Nnephropathy，SMN）。在肾小球的毛细血管基底膜下出现免疫复合物的弥漫性沉积引起肾小球基底膜增厚，是为MN在光镜下的病理特点[3]。
