• 摘要:早发性卵巢功能不全易引起女性月经异常或不孕，近些年发病率逐渐升高，已成为当前妇科及生殖领域研究的重点难点问题。中医认为本病主要病因为肾虚，可兼有肝郁脾虚或血瘀。中医药治疗早发性卵巢功能不全有中药、针灸、情志疗法、穴位埋线、耳穴压豆等多种形式，可明显改善患者临床症状，提高卵巢储备功能。中医在早发性卵巢功能不全的治疗中疗效明显、副作用低，得到患者认可，值得在临床中推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Premature ovarian insufficiency is easy to cause abnormal menstruation or infertility in women. In recent years, the incidence rate has gradually increased, which has become a key and difficult problem in the research of gynecology and reproduction. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main disease of this disease is kidney deficiency, which can be accompanied by liver depression, spleen deficiency or blood stasis. There are many forms of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency such as traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, emotional therapy, catgut embedding at acupoints ,bean pressing at ear acupoints and so on, which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve ovarian reserve function. Traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effect and low side effects in the treatment of premature ovarian dysfunction, which is recognized by patients and worthy of being popularized in clinic.

  早发性卵巢功能不全（premature ovarian insufficiency，POI）指女性在40岁之前出现卵巢功能衰退，表现为月经稀发或闭经、促卵泡生成素（FSH）升高及雌激素水平波动性下降，若不及时干预治疗，可致女性生育能力降低、骨质疏松、患有心血管疾病及认知障碍的几率增高，严重影响了女性的身心健康[1]。
