• 摘要:目的：观察雷火灸联合中药蒸气浴疗法对产后痹的治疗效果。方法：选取我院中医门诊2020年3月--2020年12月间60例产后痹患者为研究对象，采取随机数字表法将60例患者分为观察组与治疗组各30例。观察组采取雷火灸疗法，治疗组在对照组基础上给予联合中药蒸气浴疗法进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前、后6周的肢体关节疼痛程度变化情况、中医证候积分变化、生活质量评分改善情况。结果：治疗组肢体关节疼痛程度改善情况、中医证候积分变化、生活质量评分改善情况均明显优于观察组，二者差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗组及观察组无明显不良反应。结论：雷火灸疗法联合中药蒸气浴疗法可以有效减轻产后痹患者肢体疼痛程度、降低中医证候积分，提升患者生活质量，具有一定的临床可应用性及较高的药物安全性，值得推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: observe the therapeutic effect of thunder-fire moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine steam bath on postpartum arthralgia.Methods:60 patients with postpartum arthralgia from March 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and the 60 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the treatment group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with thunder moxibustion, while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine steam bath on the basis of the control group. The changes of limb joint pain degree, TCM syndrome score and improvement of quality of life score were compared between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results: The improvement of limb joint pain, TCM syndrome score and quality of life score in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the observation group, and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05），there was no obvious adverse reaction in the treatment group and the observation group.Conclusion: Thunder moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine steam bath therapy can effectively reduce the degree of limb pain of postpartum arthralgia patients, reduce TCM syndrome scores, and improve patients' quality of life. It has certain clinical applicability and high drug safety, and is worth popularizing.

  产后痹是指妇女在产褥期或产后百日内，出现肢体疼痛、酸楚、麻木、重着以及关节肿胀活动不利等症的一类疾病[1],临床表现无明显特异性，多发生于肢体关节、腰、肩等部位，主要与感受风、寒、湿等邪有关，伴有出汗、恶风、畏寒等症状，个别患者伴有失眠，乏力、食欲不佳，严重者会出现焦虑、抑郁等情感障碍性疾病，患病程度因人而异。
