• 摘要:以肿瘤专业导师团队为例对现代中医研究生培养模式进行实践与思考。基于目前中医高层次临床人才培养现状及存在问题，提出潜移默化的医德教育、持之以恒的经典积累、倾囊相授的经验传承、汇通中西的科研实践、丰富多彩的团队活动等五位一体培养方案。这一方案是对新中国以来中医家传-师承-院校教育模式的充分实践，中医研究生培养应走道术结合之路，在传承的基础上加强创新，适应时代发展，运用科学方法研究中医，解读中医。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: Taking the tutor team of oncology specialty as an example, this paper practices and ponders the training mode of modern traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) postgraduates. Based on the current situation and existing problems of TCM high-level clinical talents training, this paper proposes a five-in-one training scheme, including Imperceptible influence on medical ethics education, persistent classical accumulation, experience inheritance, scientific research practice combining Chinese and western cultures, and colorful team activities. This program is the full practice of the TCM family inheritance- teachings succession from masters-college education mode since the founding of new China. The training of TCM postgraduates should be combined with techniques, strengthen innovation on the basis of inheritance, adapt to the development of the times, use scientific methods to study and interpret TCM.

  中医研究生教育是高层次人才培养的重要途径，历经家传、师承与院校教育的变革，现代中医药教育模式的再探索已然成为解决中医传承方法的实践。不同于基于理化生研究的现代医学及其教学，承接了古代先贤智慧与中国传统文化的中医学科更注重传承。传承既包含师者的传，也包含学生的承，更强调师生的相互作用。
