摘要:广州中医药大学第二临床医学院岭南班以“厚基础、强能力、重思维、显特色”为特征。为顺应新时代中医人才培养的需求,达到培养中医应用型人才的目标,广州中医药大学第二临床医学院岭南班基于中医思维培养进行了《经典与临床》实践课程教学模式探索,实施岭南班一二年级《经典与临床》课堂讲座教学和五年级临床实践课程相结合的特色课程体系,有效促进了学生中医思维的培养及中医临床实践能力的提升,具有推广价值及借鉴意义。
Abstract: The Lingnan class of the Second School of Clinical Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine Characterized by“A solid foundation, strong ability, emphasis on thinking and distinctive features”.In order to meet the needs of the training of TCM talents in the new era and achieve the goal of training applied talents of Chinese medicine,the Lingnan class of the Second School of Clinical Medicine of the Chinese Academy of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine has conducted a research on the teaching mode of the practical course “Classical and clinical”based on training of thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, to carry out the characteristic curriculum system of combining the lecture teaching of classic and Clinical Course in grade one and two of Lingnan class with the clinical practice course in grade five, so as to effectively promote the students to set up the classical thinking of Chinese medicine and to enhance the clinical practice ability of Chinese medicine, has the promotion value and the reference significance.
中医经典是中医的灵魂,是中医发展的活水源头。中医的生命力在于临床,综观古往今来之贤哲名医,均是熟谙中医经典,勤于临证的典范。中医治学、临证、培养人才均应溯本求源,古为今用,以继承为基础,创新为归宿。“读经典,做临床”是历代中医名家一贯秉承的训导箴言。[1]读好经典是培养良好的中医思维的前提,而中医临床思维能力是中医在诊断疾病与施治过程中的核心能力。
