• 摘要:IgA肾病是一种原发性肾小球肾炎，容易引起肾损害，最终导致终末期肾病，进入肾替代治疗阶段，严重影响患者及家庭的心理及经济负担。西医逐渐研制各种靶向药物，但仍疗效及副作用仍做研究中。而文献临床实践表明，中医药治疗本病，可有效减少尿蛋白及尿红细胞，有效延缓肾功能，且无毒副作用。现收集大量文献，将各中医专家治疗本病的中医证候特点进行总结，让更多的青年医师借鉴学习，为更多的IgA肾病的患者带来福音。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:IgA nephropathy is a primary renal disease, which can easily lead to end-stage renal disease (ESRD) . It has entered the stage of renal replacement therapy, and seriously affects the psychological and economic burden of patients and their families. Western medicine gradually developed a variety of targeted drugs, but still do research on efficacy and side effects. However the literature clinical practice indicated that  the traditional Chinese medicine treatment this sickness, may reduce the urine protein and the urine red blood cell effectively, delays the kidney function, and has no toxic side effect. Now we collect a large number of literature, summarize the TCM syndrome characteristics of TCM experts to treat this disease, so that more young doctors can learn from it and bring good news for more patients with IgA nephropathy.

  IgA肾病是指肾脏病理以IgA为主的免疫复合物在肾小球系膜区沉积的一种疾病，临床表现为血尿、蛋白尿、水肿、高血压，伴或不伴不同程度的肾功能减退。IgA肾病是现代医学病名，中医学中并无此病名，根据其临床表现, 常归属为“尿血”、“血尿”、“水肿”、“肾风”、“肾水”、“腰痛”、“虚劳”等中医疾病。
