• 摘要:本研究对温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎有效期刊文献进行穴位统计及归经规律研究。研究发现：在经络选取上以阳经为主，如主穴选取的经络频次排在前四的分别为足太阳膀胱经 (19.68%）、任脉(14.52%)、足阳明胃经(13.55%)和足太阴脾经(13.23%)；而配穴选取的经络频次排前四的分别是手阳明大肠经(16.33%)、经外奇穴(12.8%)、足少阳胆经(12.01%)和手少阳三焦经(12.01%)。在穴位的选取上，主穴以足三里出现的频次最高（78.3%），其次是关元（56.5%）和肾俞（43.5%）；配穴则以解溪出现的频次最高（56.5%），其次则是阳池（50%）和八邪（50%）。总体上，选穴规律体现的治疗法则是标本同治和固护脾胃。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: In this study, the acupuncture point and the pattern of meridian selection were considered on warm acupuncture for rheumatoid arthritis through reviewing the literature of effective journals. The results show that: The meridian selection mainly focus on the Yang meridians, such as such as the top four meridians selected by the main Acupoint are Zutaiyang Bladder Meridian (19.68%), Renmai (14.52%), Foot Yangming Stomach Meridian (13.55%) and Foot Taiyin Spleen Meridian (13.23%), while the top four meridians selected for the matching acupoint are the Shouyangming Large Intestine Meridian (16.33%), the acupuncture points outside the Meridian (12.8%), the Foot Shaoyang Gallbladder Meridian (12.01%) and the Hand Shaoyang Sanjiao Meridian (12.01%). The main acupoints selection mainly focus on the Zusanli (78.3%), Guanyuan (56.5%) and Shenshu (43.5%), while the matching acupoints selections mainly focus on the Xiexi (56.5%)，Yang Chi (50%) and Baxie (50%). In general, the treatment principle embodied by the law of point selection is to treat the symptoms at the same time and protect the spleen and stomach.

  类风湿关节炎是以关节滑膜病变为主的慢性、多发性、全身性的免疫性疾病[ ]。其主要临床表现为关节疼痛、功能障碍、生活质量下降，严重者可导致残疾，从而为患者以及社会造成巨大的经济负担[ ]。中医将该病归属为“痹证”范畴，如《内经》言：“风寒湿三气杂至，合而为痹”，即阐明了风寒湿等外邪入侵机体可导致痹证。温针灸是结合针刺与艾灸的综合疗法，具有温经脉，通气血，袪痹痛之效。大量的临床研究证明，温针灸对缓解类风湿关节炎病情具有显著疗效[ ]。本文拟采用数据统计分析研究临床上温针灸治疗类风湿关节炎的选穴规律，以期为临床应用温针灸治疗本病研究提供选穴支持。
