• 摘要:本文通过梳理文献，厘清了虚邪在不同语境下的主体内涵。在中医学中虚邪的含义主要有2种：一指外感之邪，一指在疾病传变过程中从母脏传来的邪气。笔者认为，在不同语境下，虚邪的英译应随着语境的不同而有所调整，才能准确表达其中文内涵。虚邪若是指外邪，译作 vacuity evil，抑或是译为deficient pathogen，都不是最佳译语，笔者认为exogenous pathogenous factors是较佳选择。虚邪指从母脏传来的邪气，在这一语境下，笔者认为译为pathogenous factors from mother zang organ较好。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qi Ju Di Huang Tang combined with Tong Qiao Ming Mu acupuncture in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods: 98 patients with non proliferative DR were randomly divided into control group with 49 cases and treatment group 49 cases. The control group was treated with routine treatment and calcium dobesilate capsules, and on the basis of the control group，the treatment group was treated with Qi Ju Di Huang Tang combined with Tong Qiao Ming Mu acupuncture based on midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint selection. The treatment time of the two groups were both 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy，total area of retinal leakage and total area of capillaries without perfusion, cube average thickness (CAT), cube volume (CV) and central sufield thickness (CST) in macular region were compared between the 2 groups. Results: After treatment，the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total area of retinal leakage and total area of capillaries without perfusion were lower，the CAT，CV in macular region and CST were lower in the treatment group after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Qi Ju Di Huang Tang combined with Tong Qiao Ming Mu acupuncture can significantly improve the retinal microangiopathy of patients with DR，alleviate the retinal edema in the macular area，and the clinical effect is remarkable.

  中医药是我国独具特色的传统医学之一，有着悠久的历史，独特的疗效和强大的生命力，深受广大人民群众的喜爱。在中国，爱中医、学中医、用中医的新一轮热潮随着中医抗击新冠已然兴起，甚至大有“香飘海外”之势头。近年来，中医药的对外交流日益活跃，因而出现了大量英文版的出版物以方便学习和学术交流，这不仅对中医文化的对外输出有巨大的促进作用，而且对中医国际化也有着巨大的推动作用。
