• 摘要:为了研究通腑法在中风治疗中的作用，对通腑法进行文献挖掘，总结出通腑化痰法、通腑开窍法、通腑活血法、通腑息风法、通腑泻热法、通腑泻毒法、滋阴通腑、补气化瘀通腑法八法，结合临床经验提出中风患者第九种通腑法即温阳通腑法。通过不同通腑法的运用，釜底抽薪、引血下行、推陈出新、急下存阴，使气机通畅，气血得以敷布，从而提高治疗效果和改善预后。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:In order to study the Unblocking Fu-organs method in the treatment of stroke, literature research was conducted , and eight kinds of unblocking fu-organs methods were summarized, namely: unblocking fu-organs method to remove phlegm, unblocking fu-organs method to open orifices, unblocking fu-organs method to activate blood, and unblocking fu-organs to relieve wind Method, clearing heat, clearing toxin, nourishing yin to unblock fu-organs, tonifying qi, removing blood stasis to unblock fu-organs. In addition, combined with clinical experience, the ninth method of unblocking fu-organs in stroke patients is proposed, that is, the method of warming yang to unblock fu-organs. Through the use of different methods of unblocking the fu-organs, thereby improving the therapeutic effect and improving the prognosis.

  临床研究发现中风急性期，胃肠蠕动受到了抑制，肠内容物积留过久，肠源性内毒素进一步加剧了脑血液循环障碍。通腑能排除积于肠中的代谢废物，改善血液循环，对恢复大脑功能有积极意义。因此，通腑法在中风急性期占有极其重要的地位，通腑法治疗急性中风可改善人体新陈代谢、排除毒素、清除肠道有害物质、减轻毒素进入血液循环所产生的神经系统症状，使神志异常等症状好转，增加胃肠活动、降低机体应激状态、调整自主神经功能紊乱、稳定血压、降低颅内压、减轻脑水肿、促进血肿吸收、增作用[1]。
