• 摘要:目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆治疗慢性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 选取我院2021年4月-2022年3月收治的60例慢性支气管炎患者作为研究对象，随机分为2组，每组30例，实验组在常规治疗的基础上运用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆，对照组常规治疗。结果 实验组总有效率96.7%显著高于对照组总有效率83.3%，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 运用穴位贴敷联合耳穴压豆可以有效缓解慢性支气管炎患者咳嗽、喘息症状，改善生活质量，提高临床治疗效果。                                                                                                                                                                                

• Abstract:To explore the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of chronic bronchitis Methods 60 patients with chronic bronchitis treated in our hospital from April 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, they were randomly divided into 2 groups with 30 cases in each group, on the basis of routine treatment, the experimental group used acupoint application combined with auricular pressing beans, routine treatment in control group. Results  The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7% ,significantly higher than of the control group 83.3% , the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of acupoint application combined with effectively alleviate the cough and wheezing symptoms of patients with chronic bronchitis, improve life treatment and improve the clinical treatment effect.

  慢性支气管炎是指气管、支气管粘膜及周围组织的慢性特异性炎症，早期症状主要以反复性咳嗽及咳痰，临床以咳嗽、咳痰或伴有喘息为主要症状，秋冬季发病率较高，长期、反复、剧烈咳嗽会影响学习、工作、生活和睡眠，降低生活质量[1]。本病属于中医“咳嗽”、“喘证”、“痰饮”等病的范畴，多因脏腑功能失调、肺虚卫外不固以致外邪侵袭，致使肺、脾、肾三脏功能失调，肺失清肃，壅遏不宣，肺气上逆所致[2]。
