西药联合加味当归芍药散治疗轻度阿尔茨海默病的治疗效果

  • 摘要:目的：分析西药联合加味当归芍药散治疗轻度阿尔茨海默病的效果。方法：选取2020年3月至2021年3月在我院就诊的90例轻度阿尔茨海默病病人，运用随机数表法将病人分为两组，参照组和研究组各45例，对参照组病人选用盐酸多奈哌齐片治疗，研究组给予西药联合加味当归芍药散口服液治疗，分析两组病人的临床疗效和ADAS-cog积分，观察比较结果。结果：研究组病人的临床疗效（95.55%）高于参照组（77.77%），P<0.05，差异有统计学意义；在治疗前，两组病人的ADAS-cog积分未见差异，P＞0.05，差异没有统计学意义，在治疗后，研究组病人的ADAS-cog积分低于参照组，P<0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：对于轻度阿尔茨海默病病人来说，给予其西药联合加味当归芍药散治疗，能够取得良好的治疗效果，改善病人的临床症状，值得推广。                                                                                                                                                                                

  • Abstract:To analyze the effect of Western medicine combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder in the treatment of mild Alzheimer's disease. Methods: 90 patients with mild Alzheimer's disease treated in our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were randomly divided into two groups, 45 cases in the reference group and 45 cases in the study group. The patients in the reference group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride tablets, and the study group was treated with western medicine combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder oral liquid. The clinical efficacy and ADAS cog score of the two groups were analyzed, and the results were observed and compared. Results: the clinical efficacy of the study group (95.55%) was higher than that of the reference group (77.77%) (P < 0.05); Before treatment, there was no difference in ADAS cog score between the two groups, P > 0.05, the difference was not statistically significant. After treatment, the ADAS cog score of patients in the study group was lower than that in the reference group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: For patients with mild Alzheimer's disease, the treatment of Western medicine combined with Modified Danggui Shaoyao Powder can achieve good therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms of patients, which is worth popularizing.

    阿尔茨海默病出现在老年前期较多，通常表现为痴呆和认知障碍等症状，并且伴随精神行为异常，其也是一种原发性的神经系统疾病[1]。因为该病的特征是认知异常且病程较长，具体表现是生活无法自理[2]。因此，不光是医疗问题，还存在着一定的社会问题，需要社会予以合理的关注[3]。
